Client’s Steel Slag Ball Mill Line Successfully Commissioned

We are pleased to announce that one of our valued clients has officially launched a new steel slag ball mill production line, equipped with machinery supplied by our company. This marks a significant step for the customer in improving resource recovery and advancing sustainable steelmaking.

The production line begins with large slag blocks, which are first processed by a crusher to achieve the required size below two centimeters. From there, the crushed slag is directed into a feed hopper. A vibrating feeder ensures steady and uniform delivery to a belt conveyor, maintaining smooth operation for the entire system.

At the heart of the line is the ball mill we provided, designed specifically for steel slag grinding. Once processed, the material passes through a trommel screen. Oversized particles are separated and guided to a magnetic roller, producing valuable granulated steel. Meanwhile, finer materials are sent to a magnetic separator, where high-quality iron powder is recovered, leaving behind tailings for further treatment.

Our technical team worked closely with the client to ensure efficient installation and commissioning. Early performance indicators show stable operation and strong recovery rates for metallic components, which will bring both economic and environmental benefits. The client is now able to recycle steel slag more effectively, reducing waste while gaining new resources for industrial use.
