Deep Underground Success: JTP-1.6×1.2P Mine Hoist Operates Flawlessly in Challenging Mine Shaft

In the dimly lit depths of a working underground mine, illuminated solely by helmet-mounted lamps, our engineering team achieved a critical milestone: the seamless commissioning of the robust JTP-1.6×1.2P mine hoist for our valued client.

The newly installed hoist system, including the main hoist unit, electric control cabinets, and auxiliary components, performed exceptionally during its rigorous first run.

Witnessed by mine operators, engineers activated the sturdy 1600mm diameter drum and precisely calibrated control system. Smooth operation under load confirmed the equipment's readiness for demanding extraction tasks.

This JTP-1.6×1.2P model delivers critical performance: a maximum static tension capacity of 45 kN, supporting lifting heights up to 670 meters (three-layer configuration). 

Engineered for reliability, it accommodates a 24.5mm diameter steel wire rope, offering variable operational speeds from 2.0 to 4.1 m/s thanks to its speed ratios (i = 20, 24, 31.5). 

Driven by powerful motor options (110kW to 220kW), this 13,200kg workhorse (dimensions 6.4×5.4×2.2m) delivers adaptable power tailored for tough subsurface environments.
