Five ZQ-15 Pneumatic Rock Loaders Loaded into One 40ft Container for Sea Shipment

Five ZQ-15 pneumatic rock loaders have completed production and are now ready for overseas delivery. The machines were carefully wrapped, loaded onto a flatbed truck and transported to the port, where all five units were successfully packed into a single 40-foot high-cube container. The container is now awaiting sea transportation to the customer's destination port.

The ZQ-15 is a track-mounted pneumatic rock loader designed for loading blasted rock and loose materials in underground mining operations. Its compact structure makes it suitable for narrow mine tunnels and confined working areas where space for equipment movement is limited.

Loading Five Rock Loaders into One 40ft Container

The container has an internal capacity of approximately 76.4 cubic meters and a maximum payload of 28,800 kg. Based on the standard machine weight, the five rock loaders have an estimated combined weight of approximately 13,150 kg, excluding packaging materials and accessories.

Before loading, the machines were covered with blue tarpaulins to protect them during transportation. The loaders were then positioned inside the container according to the available space and their transport dimensions.

As shown in the loading photos, orange securing straps were used across the covered equipment, with wooden blocks placed near the machine bases to help restrict movement during transportation. These precautions are particularly important for heavy mining equipment that must undergo container handling and long-distance ocean shipping.

By consolidating all five machines into one container, the shipment demonstrates a practical packing arrangement for buyers planning bulk purchases of similar underground mining equipment.
