Welcome to Changsha Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.
With 21kW motor | 7-ton workhorse for underground mining
The CJY7 Electric Trolley Mining Locomotive is engineered for superior performance and reliability in the demanding environment of underground mining. As a robust 7-ton workhorse, it delivers consistent and powerful traction, making it an indispensable asset for moving heavy loads of coal, ore, and supplies through main transportation tunnels.
Its key advantage lies in its clean and continuous power supply, drawn directly from overhead lines. This innovative design eliminates the exhaust emissions associated with diesel locomotives and the frequent recharging stops required by battery-powered models. The result is a remarkably efficient and eco-friendly solution that ensures superior air quality in confined spaces and enables non-stop, high-productivity operations.
Built with a compact and sturdy frame, the CJY7 is highly adaptable to various track layouts, including those with tight curves. Operators benefit from a user-friendly control system that allows for smooth acceleration and precise handling. Combined with a reliable mechanical braking system, it guarantees confident operation and enhanced safety. By choosing the CJY7, you select a powerful, economical, and dependable partner dedicated to optimizing your mine's daily logistics and overall productivity.
Frame: Constructed in welded steel and suspended by leaf spring or rubber studs on grease bearing seats with tapered roller bearings.
Speed Control: In order to achieve continuous and stepless speed regulation, they have an electronic speed controller with high reliability. The AC converters convert the DC from trolley line into AC and the controller adjusts the speed of AC motors by the power frequency of the AC converter.
AC Motor: Compared with DC motors, the 3 phases AC motors that have no carbon brushes and any other quick-wear parts.
Brakes: Pneumatic brake to the four wheels by brake shoes. Stop brake by manual mechanical brake.
Sanders: Pneumatic (or mechanical) sanding system to the rails.
Buffers and Motor Suspension: The locomotive has two buffers with spring shock absorbers to achieve complete shock absorption against collisions. Equally, the motor is suspended from the chassis by a spring brace.
