The JD-1.6 dispatch winch achieves deceleration and transmission through a two-stage planetary gear system and a floating mechanism. By controlling the motor’s forward/reverse rotation and manipulating the two brake bands, the drum can realize forward, reverse and stop — enabling traction, lowering and holding of heavy loads.
The depth indicator meshes with the internal gear on the drum, driving a screw to display the depth accurately. All rotating parts inside the winch are equipped with rolling bearings for smooth, maintenance-friendly operation. The drum unit integrates rope winding, planetary deceleration, and braking control in a compact housing.
