▪ Two-stage planetary gear system & floating mechanism — The JD-1 dispatch winch achieves deceleration and transmission through a two-stage planetary gear train and floating mechanism. By controlling motor rotation and manipulating two brake bands, the drum delivers forward/reverse/stop motions for traction, lowering, and holding loads.
Drum assembly: Three core functions — (1) wire rope winding for pulling/lowering, (2) speed reduction via built‑in planetary gears, (3) braking control through the drum brake disc. Compact structure, highly efficient.
Base frame: Fabricated from welded section steel. Motor bracket and bearing bracket are bolted at both ends; steel plate thickness varies according to stress distribution.
Two structurally identical brakes mounted on brackets. Left brake (drum side, near motor) controls drum rotation/stop and also acts as an emergency safety brake. Right brake (brake wheel side) functions as a clutch — when tightened, the drum engages for pulling loads.
In case of power failure, overload or current surge, the magnetic starter’s thermal relay cuts power to both the winch motor and the electric hydraulic pusher, instantly triggering the left brake for emergency stop. ✔ Safety brake automatic activation.
Brake lining: Asbestos material riveted onto brake shoes. Pulling the brake handle tightens the band around the drum/brake wheel to stop or hold.
