Overview
The JTP(B) Type Mining Winch is engineered for demanding mining operations. Designed for use in inclined roadways or small shafts of coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines, this robust winch efficiently handles the lifting of materials and personnel with superior reliability.
Working Principle
The winch operates through a sophisticated power transmission system. The main motor initiates rotation, transferring power to the reducer's high-speed shaft via the low-speed coupling shaft. After deceleration by two-stage gear transmission, the driven shaft of the reducer transmits motion to the main shaft device through the coupling.
By altering the motor's direction, the reel can be wound or unwound, enabling the container to move vertically along the well bore in a controlled, periodic motion.
