Explosion-proof Series Wheeled Mucking Loader Overview
The Explosion-proof Series Mucking Loader is a specialized, high-safety mining machine engineered strictly for underground environments where explosive gases or combustible dust may be present (such as coal mines). Equipped with a highly mobile wheeled chassis and powered by certified explosion-proof electric motors (ranging from 15kw to 18.5kw), this equipment safely and continuously excavates, gathers, and loads muck or rock without the risk of ignition.
Working Principle
Operating with zero tailpipe emissions, this loader is driven by a strict explosion-proof electrical and hydraulic system. As it maneuvers forward at a steady 1.25 m/s on its wheeled chassis, the front digging mechanism actively scoops fragmented rocks. The gathered materials are then smoothly transferred onto the customized central conveyor system, transporting them upwards and backwards. Finally, the materials are discharged via the extendable dumping structure directly into shuttle cars, conveyors, or other transport vehicles behind the machine.
