The ZWY Series Tire-Type Belt Mucking Loader is a high-efficiency, continuous-production heavy mining equipment. Engineered to combine excavation, loading, and transportation into a single machine, it is primarily used for narrow underground mining, tunneling operations, and municipal construction projects. Built with durability and performance in mind, this equipment significantly improves operational productivity while reducing manual labor.
Working Principle
The machine utilizes an advanced electro-hydraulic control system. The powerful front digging mechanism (bucket) is driven by the hydraulic system to actively gather scattered rocks, minerals, and slag. Once collected, the materials are smoothly transferred onto the central belt conveyor. The belt then rapidly transports the materials to the rear of the machine, discharging them directly into mining transport trucks, shuttle cars, or other conveying equipment.
