The ZWYG Series Wheel-mounted Scraper Mucking Loader is an advanced, highly efficient continuous production mining equipment. Working Principle
The operation of the ZWYG Series relies on a seamless mechanical and hydraulic integration. As the machine advances using its wheel-driven chassis (operating at a steady walking speed of 1.45 m/s), the front digging mechanism actively gathers the fragmented rocks or muck. The collected material is then continuously fed into the scraper conveyor. Finally, the scraper elevates and transports the material to the rear, discharging it directly into waiting dump trucks, shuttle cars, or other transport vehicles via an extendable dumping system.
