Overview
The ZQ26 Steel Wheel Pneumatic Rock Loader Machine is a front-loading, rear-unloading single-bucket steel wheel loader designed for efficient material handling in mining environments. This robust machine excels at loading blasted rock and ore into mine carts in underground operations, and is equally effective for loading rock, coal, limestone, or soil in open-pit applications.
Optimal Operating Conditions: Designed for horizontal development tunnels with height ≥ 2.2m, width 1.8-2.5m, and slope < 8°. Handles material up to 500mm in size (optimal performance with 200-300mm material).
Safety Certified: Pneumatic operation allows safe use in environments with methane and flammable gases where electrical equipment would pose explosion risks.
Featuring a compact, well-sealed design with excellent dust and moisture resistance, the ZQ26 delivers reliable performance in challenging underground conditions. Its simple yet effective mechanical design ensures easy operation and maintenance, maximizing uptime in demanding mining operations.
