The WJ-1.3 Scooptram is a robust and efficient underground mining loader designed for demanding mining conditions. With a 1.3m³ bucket capacity and 2.6T rated load, this machine delivers exceptional performance in various mining applications including ore production, tunnel excavation, material transportation, and site leveling.

• Power System: Equipped with YTO 4105 turbocharged engine (or optional CUMMINS 4BTA3.9-C100) providing substantial reserve torque, powerful performance, durability and adaptability to high-temperature and humid underground conditions.

• Transmission System: Dual-turbine transmission combined with large reduction ratio mining axle delivers low-speed high torque, ensuring powerful first-gear loading and efficient bucket filling.

• Operating System: Pilot control system simplifies operation and enhances working efficiency.

• Electrical System: Waterproof and moisture-proof design suitable for humid underground environments.

• Air Intake System: Oil-bath air cleaner replaces conventional paper filters (which can deform and clog in humid conditions), eliminating filter replacement needs.

• Exhaust Purification: Water filtration + oxidation catalyst dual-stage system emits exhaust as water mist that quickly settles, significantly reducing air pollution and protecting tunnel environment and operator health.

• Braking System: Multi-disc wet brakes ensure safe and reliable braking performance.

• Structural Design: Reinforced frame with thickened steel plates; bucket edge made of high-strength alloy steel with V-shaped structure to reduce loading resistance and extend service life.

• Tires: Wear-resistant, puncture-proof smooth rubber tires with extended service life.
