Two sets of CTY5/6GB 5-ton lead-acid battery locomotives are now on their way to an overseas client’s underground mining site. This order includes more than just the locomotives – it’s a fully integrated haulage package. The two CTY5/6GB units are known for their strong traction and durability in narrow underground tunnels. Alongside them, we have prepared spare parts boxes to support routine maintenance and minimize downtime.

Safety is always our top priority. That’s why each locomotive is paired with multiple DXT-90/395 explosion-proof power supply units, certified for safe operation in hazardous mining environments. To meet the client’s local electrical standards, we also customized 5T 415V 50Hz old-style high-cabinet chargers – a perfect example of our flexible manufacturing capability. Whether it’s voltage, frequency, or mechanical interface, we adapt to your site conditions.

Rigorous Packaging for Long-Haul Transport

For overseas shipments, proper packaging is just as important as product quality. As shown in our warehouse photos, each locomotive and component is securely placed on sturdy wooden pallets. We then wrap them in multiple layers of moisture-proof and anti-rust protective film. 

The explosion-proof power units and high-cabinet chargers are packed in custom-made, fumigation-free wooden crates to withstand rough sea and land transport. Rest assured, every item will arrive at your site in perfect working condition.

Efficient Loading and Dispatch

Our logistics team worked with precision to load the shipment safely and efficiently. Heavy-duty cranes carefully lifted each unit onto flatbed trucks, where our workers double-checked the heavy-duty tie-down straps and blocking supports. Every step follows strict transport safety protocols to ensure a smooth journey to the port and, ultimately, to your mine.
