CSME Ships Constant-Torque Dual-Pump Hydraulic Station to South America​​

CSME has recently completed the shipment of CS171 constant-torque dual-pump hydraulic stations to a client in South America. These stations are designed specifically to match the operational requirements of JK and JTP series mine hoists, ensuring both safety and efficiency in demanding underground environments.

The dual-pump system follows the “one active, one standby” principle. With two fully independent circuits, the station guarantees uninterrupted operation even if one system experiences a fault. By simply switching through manual cut-off valves, operators can transfer control to the backup unit, allowing production to continue while the primary system undergoes maintenance.

Safety has been a top priority in the station' s design. The equipment complies with Article 425 of the 2016 Coal Mine Safety Regulations through its dual oil-return channels and parallel solenoid valves. This arrangement prevents brake failure during power loss and reduces risks such as overwinding or cage dropping.

For smoother performance, Yuci Hydraulic proportional relief valves are integrated to provide precise, linear pressure adjustment. The station also includes electrically controlled secondary braking with an adjustable delay function, giving operators additional control in critical moments.

Maintenance is simplified by a compact single-housing layout. All valves are mounted on the front panel for quick inspection, and the system features high-strength magnetic filters that effectively capture contaminants. This design not only reduces downtime but also cuts operating costs by more than 30%.

With dual motors, pumps, and regulators built into a corrosion-resistant housing, the CS171 hydraulic station offers reliability and durability in high-risk mining conditions.
