Steel Wheel Pneumatic Rock Loader Ready for South America!

This week, our factory completed production and packaging of several ZQ26 pneumatic steel-wheel rock loaders, which are now prepared for delivery to a mining project site in South America. 

The machines have been carefully tested, packed, and loaded, ensuring that our customer will receive reliable equipment ready for immediate operation.

In South American markets, pneumatic rock loaders are generally more popular than electric models. This preference is often linked to several practical reasons. 

First, pneumatic equipment can operate safely in underground environments where ventilation is limited, reducing risks associated with electric sparks. 

Second, many mines already rely on compressed air systems, making it convenient to integrate pneumatic loaders into their operations. 

Finally, compared with electric versions, pneumatic loaders are less affected by power fluctuations and are easier to maintain in remote mining areas.

The ZQ26 pneumatic steel-wheel rock loader offers a strong balance of capacity and durability. It is designed for tunnels with dimensions of 1700×2000mm and provides a loading capacity of 60 m³/h. 

With a bucket volume of 0.26 m³, an unloading height of 1250mm, and a robust 12+15kW pneumatic drive system, the machine delivers reliable performance under demanding underground conditions.
