• Employ correct shoveling technique: lower the bucket before driving it into the pile, lift while reversing when full, and advance while lowering for the next cycle. Lower the bucket smoothly without impact. Do not attempt to load oversized rocks exceeding the bucket's volume.

• Regularly inspect the chains and the guide rails for the bucket's curved arms, removing any accumulated debris.

• Avoid abrupt maneuvers during turning or side-loading to prevent derailment or tipping.

3. Inclined Work & Blasting: On slopes (≤8°), use additional safety devices and confirm stability before work. During blasting, the loader must be parked at least 30 meters away from the face.

4. Maintenance & Emergencies: For temporary repairs, securely brake and wedge the wheels. After use, clean the machine, using compressed air for exposed parts and lubricating the chains. If derailed, do not use the bucket frame to impact the buffer springs. Instead, shut off the air supply and use a jack or proper tools to reposition the machine onto the tracks.
