Applications & Uses

• Hauling mine cars in coal mines or roadways with inclination ≤30°

• Auxiliary handling and shunting at loading stations (working faces / excavation faces)

• Strictly prohibited for hoisting or personnel transportation

• Ambient temperature: -10°C to +40°C

• Relative humidity: ≤85% (at +25°C)

• Altitude: ≤1000 m above sea level

• Explosive methane / coal dust atmosphere must comply with Coal Mine Safety Regulations

Features & Design

• Two-stage planetary gear train + floating mechanism for smooth deceleration

• Drum rotation controlled by motor reversal and dual brake bands (forward / reverse / stop)

• Depth indicator driven by internal gear and screw rod for accurate positioning

• All rotating parts use rolling bearings — low friction, high efficiency

• Welded steel base (optimized plate thickness), motor and bearing brackets bolted

• Components: motor, drum assembly, braking system, base, protective cover, operator seat
