Welcome to Changsha Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.
The ZWY-LG Series Crawler Scraper Mucking Loader is designed to collect and load loose excavated material in underground mines and tunnel construction projects. It integrates a hydraulic front gathering mechanism, a scraper-chain conveyor, and a rear discharge system on a crawler-mounted chassis, bringing material handling together in one machine.
Built for working faces where space, roadway access, and reliable material transfer must be considered together, the ZWY-LG Series helps move broken rock, ore, and tunnel spoil from the excavation area to the next stage of transport. Its crawler travel system and scraper conveying arrangement make it an option for projects that require a tracked loader with a mechanical scraping conveyor rather than a belt conveyor.
The machine approaches the working face on its crawler tracks. A hydraulically operated front digging arm gathers loose material from the floor and directs it into the receiving section of the scraper conveyor. Inside the conveyor trough, moving scraper flights carry the material toward the rear of the machine, where it is discharged into a suitably positioned mine car, truck, or other receiving equipment.
Gathering, conveying, and unloading are connected within the same working cycle. As the face advances, the loader can be repositioned along suitable roadways, allowing excavated material to be removed in an orderly manner while keeping the transfer route between the working face and haulage equipment straightforward.
The ZWY-LG Series is intended for mechanized muck handling where excavated material must be removed from an underground working face. Typical application environments include:
Underground Mine Development: Gathering blasted rock, broken ore, and waste material from mine headings, drifts, and underground roadway construction.
Tunnel and Gallery Excavation: Transferring loose spoil from confined excavation areas to compatible underground transport vehicles.
Crawler-Accessible Roadways: Serving sites where floor condition, traction, grade, and available travel space favor consideration of a tracked loading machine.
Material-Handling Workfaces: Supporting operations that need a front gathering mechanism and scraper-chain conveying to work as a coordinated loading system.
Site suitability depends on the actual tunnel cross-section, ground bearing conditions, gradient, material characteristics, and haulage layout. These should be checked against the selected model before operation.
Crawler-Mounted Mobility: A tracked undercarriage provides a broad contact area for supporting and moving the loader along suitable mine and tunnel floors.
Scraper-Chain Conveying: Moving scraper flights transport collected muck through a conveying trough toward the rear discharge point, providing an alternative to belt-based material transfer.
Integrated Gathering and Loading: The hydraulic front working mechanism, scraper conveyor, and rear discharge operate as a linked process, reducing the need for a separate intermediate loading stage.
Flexible Discharge Arrangement: Model-specific adjustable unloading heights and extendable discharge distances help accommodate compatible haulage vehicles and site layouts.
Choice of Models: Multiple machine sizes and working ranges allow buyers to evaluate tunnel clearance, excavation profile, material conditions, and transport requirements when selecting a loader.
