JTK1.2x1.0 Hoist Winches Depart for African Mine with Streamlined Shipping Design

Two JTK1.2x1.0 Mining Hoist Winches were efficiently loaded into a single container via forklift at our factory on August 12, 2025, en route to an underground gold mine site in Tanzania. 

Notably, the winches adopted a split-design packaging: the main shaft assembly was shipped separately, while critical components—including safety brakes, reducer, working brake system, elastic coupling, and gear coupling—were pre-welded onto a unified base frame.

This design reduces on-site installation time by 40% and minimizes transit damage risks during ocean freight, particularly for rugged terrain access.

Engineered for inclined tunnels and small shafts in coal/metallic mines, the JTK series delivers 26 KN max static tension (loads) and 2 m/s lifting speed via its 75 KW motor. 

Its non-explosion-proof resistor speed regulation ensures precise control during container movement, with power transmitted through a two-stage reducer and couplings—a proven solution praised by clients in Zambia’s copper belt last quarter.
