Constructed in welded steel and suspended by leaf springs or rubber studs on grease bearing seats with tapered roller bearings.
Electronic speed controller with high reliability for continuous and stepless speed regulation. The AC converters convert DC from batteries into AC, adjusting motor speed by power frequency.
3-phase AC motors with no carbon brushes or other quick-wear parts compared to DC motors, ensuring longer service life and reduced maintenance.
Double cab design provides better field of vision for operators, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.
Pneumatic brake to all four wheels with brake shoes, plus manual mechanical brake for secure stopping.
Pneumatic (or mechanical) sanding system to the rails for improved traction.
Battery housing constructed in steel plating with interior anti-acid covering. Each device has 55 to 72 pieces of series storage lead-acid batteries.
Two buffers with spring shock absorbers for complete shock absorption against collisions. Motor suspended from chassis by springs brace.
