Product Overview

This winch is a product designed and manufactured according to the machinery industry standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7888.2-1999 "JTK type mining lifting winch". It is suitable for lifting materials and personnel in the ground or underground inclined roadway and small shaft of coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines.

Working Conditions

The non-flameproof winch should work in a machine room without explosive medium, with an air temperature of -5°C~40°C, a relative degree of not more than 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20±5°C), and an altitude of no more than 1000m.

For altitudes exceeding 1000m, it is necessary to take into account the reduction of air cooling and dielectric strength, and the selected electrical equipment should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.

Important Warnings:

(1) This winch is strictly prohibited from being used in places with flammable and explosive gases such as gas and coal dust!

(2) This winch is strictly prohibited from overloading!

Product Features

The drum diameter is 1.6m, the width of the roll is 1.2m, the use of non-explosion-proof resistance speed regulation, and the safety gate is electro-hydraulic push.

The winch is mainly composed of spindle porcelain, safety brake, depth indicator, reducer, working brake system, elastic coupling, gear coupling (rod pin coupling), electric motor, electrical control system and other components.

Working Principle

When the main motor is moved backwards, the motor rotor transmits power to the local speed shaft of the reducer through the elastic coupling, and after the two-stage gear drive deceleration, the passive shaft of the reducer is transmitted to the spindle device through the coupling.

If the rotation of the motor is not changed, the wire rope can be forced to wind or loosen. At the same time, the lifting container moves up and down in a simple way, periodically.
